Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. For example, we do not have licence to sell our Swarovski Crystal range to persons in the U.S.A.

Returns Policy 

You may return new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less the cost of delivery if you have selected Recorded or Special Next Day Delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings.

You should expect to receive your refund the same day we receive your item back.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Include your shipping method so that we know when to expect the item and process your return quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
